Hi, I am Emmanuel, a GIS professional with a strong background in environmental analysis, land surveying, and utility mapping, supported by hands-on experience across both public and private sector projects. I developed my academic foundation in geomatics and environmental science, which sparked my interest in using geospatial technologies to solve real-world problems. Through my work as an Assistant Geomatic Engineer and GIS specialist, I have built expertise in spatial data management, digitising and analysing geospatial datasets, and producing high-quality cartographic outputs. I have contributed to projects involving land use mapping, fibre network planning, and environmental monitoring leveraging tools such as ArcGIS Pro, SQL, and Python to deliver accurate and insightful geospatial solutions. My experience extends to developing web maps, dashboards, and StoryMaps that support decision-making and improve stakeholder engagement. I am particularly interested in applying GIS to infrastructure development, environmental sustainability, and smart mapping solutions. I am driven by continuous learning and spend much of my time expanding my technical skillset, exploring new geospatial technologies, and refining my programming capabilities. I take pride in combining analytical thinking with practical application to create meaningful impact through geospatial intelligence.
